The accurate alignment of pulleys and sprockets for belt and chain driven equipment is historically made difficult by the lack of available tools that are suitable to accurately measure pulley alignments over typically large shaft spacings.
Pulley PARTNER and Pulley PRO laser systems provide the ultimate solution for achieving suitable pulley and sprocket alignments in quick time. The patented reflected beam laser technology used by these alignment systems bridges the gap between inferior low accuracy laser systems and expensive and more complicated computer based laser systems, to provide an alignment solution that is so easy to use that no training is required yet accurate enough to allow excellent alignment results to be obtained.
By its clever design the Pulley PARTNER shows horizontal angle error, vertical parallelism and offset errors simultaneously as soon as the laser and target are mounted using their integrated magnetic bases.
The clear visual indication of all alignment errors provided by the line laser gives a direct guide for an untrained operator to adjust the machinery into an aligned position.
Pulley PRO Green has the same capabilities but incorporates an ultra-bright Green Light laser that allows the unit to be comfortably used in outdoor, high light conditions, for shafts up to 5m apart or more.
