Introduction
Pocket VibrA PRO
is a full featured hand held portable vibration analyser designed specifically to deliver ease of use and practicality for the maintenance environment. It fulfills two powerful functions as both an "Expert Vibration Meter" providing instant diagnostic information, as well as a complete vibration analysis system ready to very easily set up an effective condition monitoring program with the minimum of fuss.
The simplicity of using the VibrA PRO hand held vibration analyser is unique in the vibration analysis industry, and allows users to measure and analyse machine vibration results with minimal training.
VibrA PRO reports overall vibration levels against the ISO standards and measures bearing damage in custom BDU units. In addition, instant diagnostic vibration results are available with a RED, YELLOW, GREEN health-check based on four preset vibration analysis diagnostic ranges that indicate Instability, Unbalance, Misalignment and Looseness, to assist maintenance technicians with rapid equipment troubleshooting. Detailed FFT and Time Waverform data is also instantly available for the more experienced user.
Pocket VibrA PRO is also a powerful, full featured vibration analysis system with a simple, highly intuitive interface, suitable for easily setting up and managing a conditon monitoring or predictive maintenance program in any plant.
High resolution FFT and Time Waveform graphics are provided with a touch activated zoom function. Bearing condition is reported in Bearing Damage Units (BDU's) and four customisable measurement ranges allow for user defined warning and alarm levels to be set by an advanced user in user-defined frequency ranges.
Included with the VibrA PRO system is the comprehensive C-TREND windows based route management and data analysis PC software. This allows assets and data collection routes to be set up off-line then synchronised with the portable vibration analsysis unit. Recorded vibration data is uploaded to C-Trend after collection for an instant summary of alarm levels throughuot the plant that may be clicked through for detailed FFT, TIME Waveform and multi-range TREND analysis of each machine. The programs report wizard may be used to generate editable detailed analytical reports in Microsoft WORD format.

is available as hand held stand-alone systems or fully integrated with the Stealth laser alignment kit, using the Stealth system's advanced handheld PDA control unit.
The Pocket VibrA PRO system provides a simple representation of vibration data with clear, straight-forward vibration diagnostic results that do not require the user to have high level vibration training.
VibrA PRO makes condition monitory both reasonably affordable and accessible without detailed vibration training. It is a vibration analyser that is highly suited to the needs of the maintenance industry, with features to suit a range of applications from fast, simple vibration spot checks to assisted diagnostics and detailed expert level vibration analysis and trend monitoring.

Displays asset status (valid, warning or alarm) for ISO mm/s and bearing quality with date and time of reading.
